Before anything, we always recommend that you run your smoothie wheel under water for a few seconds. It makes it so much easier to pop the cubes out.
Make your smoothie WITHOUT a blender
- Pop the cubes in a bottle, a mason jar or your Evive shaker.
- Cover the cubes with liquid and close the lid – sounds obvious, but you’d be surprised!
- Let melt a few minutes & shake vigorously (play your favourite song while you do it!).
Make your smoothie WITH a blender
- Pop the cubes in your blender.
- Cover the cubes with your liquid of choice.
- Close the lid and blend away.

Refreshing Smoothie (juice-like texture): 1 Evive wheel + 240 ml of water or juice
