Start your day off right with a fun, colourful and quick breakfast! You simply can’t go wrong with a 5-Minute Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl. Using our Viva cubes as the main ingredient, this lovely pink smoothie has a very well-balanced taste. Made with strawberries, bananas, cauliflower, and hemp seeds, it will nourish your mornings while the pitaya brings a wonderful dose of antioxidants!
Ingredients
– 1 Viva wheel – 150 ml oat milk, or any other plant-based milk of your choice – ½ banana (optional, to make it even smoother) |
Steps
- Pop all the Viva smoothie cubes.
- Gradually add the oat milk and blend. Adjust the amount of liquid according to the desired texture.
- Pour into a bowl and decorate with your fave toppings.
Now all you have to do is enjoy your nutritious breakfast!
