It’s the perfect time of year to get creative and add some festive spirit to your recipes. So, we decided to take our Cashew Mocha flavour and add a peppermint spin to it! A delicious candy cane smoothie? Yes, please! Our Cashew Mocha wheel contains cold brew coffee, as well as vitamins, minerals, superfoods and 18 g of plant-based protein. This delicious recipe will get you feeling nourished and energized, so you’ll be ready to take on the holidays!

Ingredients
- 2 Cashew Mocha wheels
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1 cup almond milk or nut milk of choice
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract (can add more for desired peppermint flavour)
- Optional: a bit of maple syrup for additional sweetness
- Toppings: Vegan coconut whipped cream and crushed candy canes
Steps
- Prepare the coffee in advance so that it has time to cool down.
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Top with vegan whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
