A great morning starts with a great breakfast! So, guess what?! Look no further! We absolutely love making chia pudding. This chia pudding may look fancy & deluxe, but it’s SUPER easy to make and has only 6 ingredients. Prep it the night before and wake up to the most delicious breakfast… maybe even sleep in an extra few minutes! How delightful does that sound?! This chia pudding features our Saphir flavour. Saphir is loaded with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and so many nutrient-dense ingredients! So, all that’s left to do is enjoy!
|– 1 Saphir wheel|
– 1 ½ cups almond milk
– ½ cup chia seeds
– 1 tbsp. maple syrup
– 1 tsp. vanilla extract
– Fruits for topping (blackberries, blueberries, cherries, figs)
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Let sit for 2-3 minutes until the Saphir cubes have softened. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.

- Top with fresh berries before serving.
This recipe is good for up to a week in the fridge in an airtight container.
