You’ve undoubtedly seen the trending whipped Dalgona coffee all over social media these past few weeks. We drooled so much over this delicious whipped coffee creation that we wanted to recreate our own version with an Evive spin on it. Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you the 2.0 healthy whipped coffee recipe made with our Cashew Mocha smoothie! The Cashew Mocha flavour contains real cold brew coffee, cashew nuts, and organic plant-based protein. Mix it with your favourite plant-based milk, and you’ll not only be enjoying a yummy deluxe coffee but a nutritious one too!

Ingredients:

– Instant coffee 
– Hot water
– Granulated sugar (classic white sugar works well)
– Half of a Cashew Mocha Evive wheel (4 cubes)
– Your favourite plant-based milk (I like cashew or oat milk for a creamier texture)

Steps:

It’s a simple 1:1:1 ratio of instant coffee, hot water and granulated sugar. Approximately 2 tablespoons of each are enough for one serving. 

Mix with an electric mixer until it rises and you get a thick texture (about 5-8 minutes, gradually increasing the strength of the electric mixer to the maximum).

To make the Cashew Mocha smoothie, simply pop 4 cubes into a blender and add just enough plant-based milk to almost cover the cubes entirely. Blend well. If you don’t have a blender, simply do the same steps in a mason jar, wait 20 minutes for the cubes to melt, and shake well.

Once the coffee is well frothed, pour it on top of the blended Cashew Mocha smoothie, mix, and enjoy!
