Cette recette de muffins vegans<\/strong> est sans aucun doute notre favorite. Il s\u2019agit de la solution parfaite pour un d\u00e9jeuner sant\u00e9, simple et rapide.<\/div>\n

Cubes Evive Samoura\u00ef<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n
– 1 tasse de farine de sarrasin<\/div>\n
– 1 tasse de flocons d’avoine rapide<\/div>\n
– 1\/2 tasse de sucre de canne<\/div>\n
– 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/div>\n
– 1 c. \u00e0 s. de graines de chia<\/strong><\/div>\n
– 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/div>\n
– 3\/4 de tasse de lait d’amande \u00e0 la vanille<\/div>\n
– 1\/4 de tasse d’huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/div>\n
– 1 oeuf de chia (1 c. \u00e0.s. de graines de chia moulue + 3 c. \u00e0 s. d’eau)<\/div>\n
– 1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de cannelle moulue<\/div>\n

LES \u00c9TAPES

1- Combiner les ingr\u00e9dients secs dans un bol<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
2- Combiner les ingr\u00e9dients liquides dans un 2e bol<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
3- M\u00e9langer graduellement les deux bols ensemble<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
4- Graisser un moule \u00e0 muffin et y verser la moiti\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration<\/div>\n

5- Ajouter un ou deux cubes de smoothie Evive<\/strong> au centre de chaque moule<\/div>\n
6- Verser la seconde moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange \u00e9galement pour couvrir le cube de smoothie<\/div>\n
