Bien que les smoothies Evive soient parfaits pour les matins press\u00e9s, \u00e7a fait toujours du bien de se chouchouter le matin\u00a0avec des pancakes.\u00a0<\/b>Quoi de mieux qu’une recette de pancakes v\u00e9gane, pr\u00eate avec seulement 7 ingr\u00e9dients en 15 minutes ?<\/span><\/p>\n

J’ai revisit\u00e9 ma recette de cr\u00eape habituelle en y ajoutant du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et une rondelle de smoothie Evive Yogi<\/a>.<\/strong> L’id\u00e9e d’ajouter un peu de greens<\/em><\/strong> dans un d\u00e9jeuner gourmand me plaisait, mais le r\u00e9sultat me pla\u00eet encore plus !! \u00c7a ne go\u00fbte en aucun cas les l\u00e9gumes et la couleur est magnifique.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0 1 rondelle Evive Yogi<\/a>\u00a0
\n<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a01 \u00bc de farine tout-usage (ou
\nint\u00e9grale\/bl\u00e9 entier si d\u00e9sir\u00e9e)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a02 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre de coco (ou de canne)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a01 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te (aussi appel\u00e9e poudre \u00e0 lever, levure chimique)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a01 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0 1 tasse de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal non sucr\u00e9e<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Les \u00e9tapes<\/span><\/h2>\n

1 . D\u00e9mouler la rondelle de Yogi<\/a> <\/strong>et laisser fondre les cubes dans un bol.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 .\u00a0Dans un large bol, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs : farine, sucre, poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te et sel.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 .\u00a0\u00c9craser les cubes fondus de Yogi<\/a> avec une fourchette afin de la r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e. Y ajouter l\u2019huile et<\/span>\u00a0le lait.<\/b><\/span>\u00a0Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0Incorporer les ingr\u00e9dients humides aux ingr\u00e9dients secs, sans toutefois sur m\u00e9langer la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 pancakes<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 .\u00a0\u00a0Pr\u00e9chauffer votre po\u00eale (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence antiadh\u00e9sive<\/span><\/span>) \u00e0 feu moyen quelques minutes, puis baisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre feu, huiler votre po\u00eale et cuire vos pancakes<\/strong>.
\nLorsque des bulles commencent \u00e0 appara\u00eetre et que les bords sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s, retourner votre pancake<\/strong>, soit environ 2-3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n
