Quand on pense \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer un dessert \u00e0 partager, on s\u2019imagine souvent avec plein d\u2019ustensiles et d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients \u00e9parpill\u00e9s dans la cuisine… Pourtant, il est si simple de pr\u00e9parer des desserts rapides en trois \u00e9tapes !<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cette recette de Pudding de chia avec de l’eau d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/strong><\/a> et des cubes Evive smoothies <\/a><\/strong>est le dessert parfait, car en plus d’\u00eatre naturellement sucr\u00e9, il est nutritif et contient une tonne d’\u00e9lectrolytes. Les \u00e9tapes<\/span><\/h2>\n

1 . Dans un m\u00e9langeur haute vitesse, mixer ensemble la rondelle de Samura\u00ef<\/strong><\/a> et l\u2019eau d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2 . Transvider le smoothie dans un pot et incorporer les graines de chia en les m\u00e9langeant au fur et \u00e0 mesure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
