C’est la saison des amours, alors pourquoi ne pas accorder les couleurs avec ce que l’on mange dans nos assiettes ? Le secret pour \u00eatre aim\u00e9\u00a0des autres est d’abord de s’aimer soi-m\u00eame.
\nPour me motiver \u00e0 prendre soin de moi, j’ai r\u00e9cemment revisit\u00e9 ma d\u00e9licieuse recette de cr\u00eapes v\u00e9gane<\/strong>, afin d’y ajouter les cubes de smoothie Viva<\/a> de Evive<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Recette de cr\u00eapes roses au Viva et aux betteraves<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Pour 6 \u00e0 8 cr\u00eapes.<\/p>\n

Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>\"\"<\/p>\n

\u00bc tasse betterave cuite<\/p>\n

\u00bd rondelle (4 cubes) Evive<\/strong>\u00a0Samoura\u00ef<\/a> ou Viva<\/a><\/p>\n

1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/p>\n

1 tasse de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00bd tasse farine de sarrasin<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00be tasse farine de seigle<\/p>\n

1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n

\u00c9tapes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans un m\u00e9langeur, mixer la betterave, les cubes Evive<\/a>, l\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/strong> et le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une consistance lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n

Ajouter les farines, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te et le sel au m\u00e9langeur et mixer une quinzaine de secondes, le temps d\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 cr\u00eapes.<\/p>\n

Dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9e, faire cuire les cr\u00eapes<\/strong> \u00e0 feu moyen (baisser le feu si n\u00e9cessaire), 1 \u00e0 2 minutes par c\u00f4t\u00e9, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es.
