\nEvive : le Asana. Puisque le r\u00e9sultat est d\u00e9licieux, je me suis
\ndit que je ne pouvais pas le garder pour moi et qu\u2019il fallait

\n\u2022
2 rondelles de smoothie Asana<\/a><\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022
\u00bd\u00a0 tasse de granolas maison<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Les \u00e9tapes\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b> 1 :<\/b>\u00a0Placer le yogourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal au fond du verre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2 :<\/b> Faire fondre vos rondelles de smoothie Asana<\/a> dans un pot durant 20 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n

3 :<\/b>\u00a0R\u00e9duire les cubes<\/a> en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3 :<\/b>\u00a0 Ajouter le coulis de smoothie Asana<\/strong><\/a> dans le verre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
