Donne 10-12 muffins<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
– 1 tasse de farine de bl\u00e9 int\u00e9grale (ou tout-usage)
– \u00bd tasse de son d\u2019avoine
– 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te
– 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude
– \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel
– \u00bc cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vanille moulue
– 2 \u00bd rondelles de Cajou Moka<\/a><\/strong> fondus
– \u00bc tasse et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de caf\u00e9 filtre
– 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de lin moulues
– 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile de canola
– \u00bc tasse de sucre de canne
– \u00be tasse de p\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9tapes :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375F.<\/li>
  2. Pr\u00e9parer un moule \u00e0 muffin en le huilant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ou en y disposant des moules en papier. R\u00e9server.<\/li>
  3. Dans un premier bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, le son d\u2019avoine, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, le bicarbonate de soude, le sel et la vanille ensemble.<\/li>
  4. Dans un second bol, m\u00e9langer ensemble les cubes<\/a><\/strong> fondus des rondelles, le caf\u00e9 filtre, les graines de lin, l\u2019huile de canola et le sucre \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange plus ou moins homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>
  5. Ajouter graduellement le m\u00e9lange sec au m\u00e9lange liquide \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re de bois sans trop mixer. Puis y int\u00e9grer doucement les p\u00e9pites de chocolat.<\/li>
  6. R\u00e9partir le m\u00e9lange dans le moule \u00e0 muffins et cuire 18-20 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un cure-dent puisse en ressortir sec.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
