There are certain recipes that look so visually appealing, they’re almost too pretty to eat. This beautifully layered smoothie recipe is definitely one of them! 😍 Whether you’re looking to treat a special someone or impress your guests, take a chance on this smoothie masterpiece that’s much easier to make than it looks.

Before You Begin:

The goal is to create smoothies with a thick texture that isn’t too liquidy, in order to separate floors. If the smoothies are too runny, they’ll mix together and you won’t obtain the layered effect.

You could work with a thick ‘nicecream’ texture (for example a few Evive cubes mixed with pieces of frozen bananas/fruit), or you could simply use the Evive cubes with a low liquid ratio (water/plant-based milk/juice).

Note: depending on the size of the glass used for your layered smoothie, you can also halve the quantities mentioned below. However, it will be more difficult to mix everything in the blender, even more so for the frozen banana layers. For the Evive cubes, you can simply place them in a mason jar with the liquid, let it melt, and shake.

Optional: You may cut fruit into thin slices to stick on the interior sides of a glass with maple syrup. Example of fruits: banana, kiwi, figs, persimmon, etc.
