This simple cashew chia parfait is such a nice way to begin your day! It\u2019s a super easy, nutritious and delicious breakfast. The star of this recipe is our Yogi smoothie<\/a><\/strong>! Did you know that Yogi flavour is one of the very first 3 flavours we ever created back in 2015? Bursting with its sweet taste of bananas and pears<\/strong>, it\u2019s no wonder why it\u2019s a fan favourite! Its benefits include detoxifying<\/strong> as well as building and repairing muscle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
– 1 Yogi smoothie<\/a><\/strong>
– 1\/2 cup cashews 
– 1\/4 cup chia seeds
– 1 3\/4 cups water 
– 2 tbsp of maple syrup <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n

If you rather it not too sweet, simply omit the maple syrup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDER THE YOGI<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Steps:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Soak the cashews in hot water. In a separate bowl, combine the 1 3\/4 cups of water and chia seeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Let both the cashews and chia seeds sit for 30 minutes. Drain the cashews and rinse well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients until smooth and creamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Layer with your favourite granola, fruit and superfoods!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
