Step 1: The Dough<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
– 1 cup oat milk
– 2 tsp. active dry yeast 
– 1\/3 cup coconut oil 
– 2 tbsp. maple syrup
– 3 cups spelt flour 
– 1\/2 tsp. cinnamon
– 1\/2 tsp. cardamom (optional) <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

  1. Heat the milk until it is warm, then add the active dry yeast. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes. <\/li>
  2. Melt the coconut oil and add it and the maple syrup to the milk.<\/li>
  3. Mix the spelt flour, cinnamon and cardamom together.<\/li>
  4. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet and mix until just combined. Cover with a towel and let sit for 30 minutes to rise.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: The Filling<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    – 4 Viva cubes<\/a><\/strong>
    – 4
    Samoura\u00ef cubes<\/strong><\/a> 
    – 1\/4 cup coconut oil
    – 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
    – 1\/2 tsp. cinnamon<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    ORDER THE VIVA<\/strong><\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
    1. Let the Viva and Samoura\u00ef cubes soften in a bowl.<\/li>
    2. In a separate bowl, soften (don’t melt) the coconut oil and mix with the coconut sugar and cinnamon.<\/li>
    3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape. <\/li>
    4. Spread all filling ingredients across the dough. <\/li>
    5. Roll the dough into a cylinder and cut into individual buns. <\/li>
    6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 F. Baking time will vary depending on the size of the buns.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: The Icing<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      – 4 Viva cubes<\/a><\/strong>
      – 4
      Samoura\u00ef cubes<\/a><\/strong>
      – 1\/2 cup icing sugar<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      ORDER THE SAMOURA\u00cf<\/strong><\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
      1. Combine the softened Viva and Samoura\u00ef cubes with the icing sugar. Stir until the mixture is smooth.<\/li>
