L\u2019un de mes repas de semaine pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s que Dominic nous pr\u00e9pare est une sorte de bol sant\u00e9 rempli de l\u00e9gumes avec un de nos Lunchs Evive<\/a><\/strong>. Le bol de Bam Chili et frites de patates douces en est un parfait exemple! J\u2019adore cette recette, surtout parce qu\u2019elle est remplie d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients nutritifs tout en \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. Vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer les frites de patates douces au four ou dans une friteuse \u00e0 air. J\u2019esp\u00e8re que vous aimerez ce repas savoureux autant que nous!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
– 1 rondelle Bam Chili<\/a><\/strong>
– 1 petite patate douce ou environ 1 tasse de frites de patates douces coup\u00e9es en b\u00e2tonnets 
– 1\/3 de tasse de haricots noirs
– 1\/3 de tasse de tomates en d\u00e9s
– 1\/3 tasse de poivron cisel\u00e9
– 1\/3 de tasse d\u2019oignons verts
– Garnitures suppl\u00e9mentaires : piments jalape\u00f1o, persil et citron vert<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9TAPES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9, faites chauffer les cubes Bam Chili<\/a><\/strong> pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Faites cuire les frites de patates douces \u00e0 375\u00b0F pendant environ 30 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient dor\u00e9es \/ croustillantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Placer les ingr\u00e9dients dans un bol et garnissez de piments jalape\u00f1o, de persil, de citron vert et de toute autre garniture pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
