Le printemps est enfin arriv\u00e9 et c\u2019est le temps de f\u00eater avec un petit quelque chose de sucr\u00e9! Nos barres Samoura\u00ef<\/a><\/strong> sont remplies d\u2019\u00e9dulcorants naturels, de graisses saines et de nombreux superaliments. Qui aurait cru qu\u2019une collation du style p\u00e2tisserie pouvait \u00eatre aussi nourrissante que d\u00e9licieuse et satisfaisante?! Et ce n\u2019est pas tout, aucune cuisson n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire! Pr\u00e9parez un lot, laissez-le reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant quelques heures, allez profiter du beau temps et revenez \u00e0 une d\u00e9licieuse g\u00e2terie!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La couche de base:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
– 1 tasse flocons d\u2019avoine rapide
– 1 tasse riz croquant non sucr\u00e9
– \u00bd tasse sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable 
– \u00bd tasse beurre de noix\/graines
– \u00bc tasse de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e, non sucr\u00e9e
– 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 vanille
– Pinc\u00e9e de sel de mer<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

La couche Samoura\u00ef:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
– 1 rondelle Samoura\u00ef<\/strong><\/a>
– 1 tasse p\u00e9pites de chocolat blanc
– 1\/3 tasse beurre de noix et graines
– 1\/3 tasse lait de coco entier (utiliser la partie \u00e9paisse sur le dessus)
– 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 vanille
– Pinc\u00e9e de sel de mer
– Garnitures (optionnel) : noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et tranches de fraises fra\u00eeches <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Suivez notre recette facile de 5 \u00e9tapes pour obtenir le rubis des collations!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la base pour ensuite r\u00e9partir le m\u00e9lange dans un moule de 8 po sur 8 po recouverts d\u2019un papier parchemin.<\/li>
  2. Dans une casserole, chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen doux les ingr\u00e9dients de l\u2019\u00e9tage Samoura\u00ef jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient fondus et lisses.<\/li>
  3. R\u00e9partir le coulis Samoura\u00ef<\/a><\/strong> sur la base.<\/li>
  4. Laisser prendre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 2 heures.<\/li>
  5. Couper en 16 carr\u00e9s et garnir de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et de tranches de fraises fra\u00eeches <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
