Spring is finally here and there is no better way to celebrate than with a sweet snack! Our Samourai<\/a><\/strong> bars are filled with natural sweeteners, healthy fats, and lots of superfoods! Who knew that a pastry-like delight could be as nourishing as it is delicious and satisfying?! And it doesn\u2019t stop here, these bars are no-bake! Whip up a batch, let it set in the fridge for a couple of hours, head out to enjoy the beautiful spring weather and come back to a delicious snack!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Base Layer:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
– 1 cup quick oat flakes
– 1 cup unsweetened rice crisps 
– \u00bd cup maple syrup 
– \u00bd cup nut\/seed butter 
– \u00bc cup unsweetened shredded coconut
– 1 tsp. vanilla 
– Pinch sea salt<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Samourai Layer:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
– 1 Samourai<\/a> <\/strong>wheel
– 1 cup white chocolate chips 
– 1\/3 cup nut and seed butter
– 1\/3 cup full fat coconut milk (use thick part on top)
– 1 tsp. vanilla 
– Pinch sea salt
– Toppings (optional): shredded coconut, fresh strawberry slices<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Follow our easy 5-step recipe for a ruby of a snack!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. In a bowl, combine ingredients for the base and spread in a  8 x 8 parchment-lined baking pan.<\/li>
  2. In a saucepan, heat ingredients for the Samourai<\/a><\/strong> layer on medium-low heat until melted and smooth. <\/li>
  3. Spread the Samourai layer on top of the base layer.<\/li>
  4. Let set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.<\/li>
  5. Cut into 16 squares and top with shredded coconut and fresh strawberry slices.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
