Ce dernier peut sembler chic et luxueux, mais il est SUPER simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et ne contient que 6 ingr\u00e9dients. Pr\u00e9parez-le la veille et r\u00e9veillez-vous avec le plus d\u00e9licieux des d\u00e9jeuners\u2026 profitez m\u00eame de quelques minutes de sommeil suppl\u00e9mentaires! \u00c7a a l’air d\u00e9licieux, n\u2019est-ce pas? Ce pouding au chia met en vedette notre saveur Saphir<\/a><\/strong>. Le Saphir regorge d’antioxydants, de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires et d\u2019une foule d’ingr\u00e9dients riches en nutriments!<\/strong> Il ne vous reste plus qu’\u00e0 savourer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 1 rondelle Saphir<\/a><\/strong>
– 1 \u00bd tasse de lait d’amande
– \u00bd tasse de graines de chia
– 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d’\u00e9rable
– 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 d\u2019extrait de vanille
– Fruits pour la garniture (m\u00fbres, bleuets, cerises, figues)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9tapes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients. Laisser reposer 2-3 minutes jusqu’\u00e0 ce que les cubes de Saphir aient ramolli. Fouetter jusqu’\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit lisse.<\/li>
  2. Placer le pouding au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 30 minutes ou toute la nuit.<\/li>
  3. Garnir de baies fra\u00eeches avant de servir.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
