Is there anything better than a healthy and sweet snack? Combine the forces of a healthy breakfast with a sweet snack to create your own shake by mixing your favourite Evive smoothie flavour with the MadeGood products of your choice!

These vegan milkshakes are 100% delicious. The texture is super thick and satisfying, and the toppings are so fun!

Strawberry & Chocolate Shake

Ingredients:

– ½ Viva wheel (4 cubes)
– ½ Azteque wheel (4 cubes)
– ½ cup plant-based milk
– Handful of frozen strawberries
– Topped with MadeGood Strawberry Granola Minis (to taste)
– Topped with MadeGood Soft-Baked Mini Double Chocolate Cookies (to taste)

Banana & Pineapple Shake

Ingredients:

– 1 Saphir wheel (8 cubes)
– ½ cup plant-based milk
– Topped with MadeGood Mixed Berry Granola Bars (to taste)

Mango & Blueberry Shake

Ingredients:

– ½ Yin wheel (4 cubes)
– ½ Asana wheel (4 cubes)
– ½ cup plant-based milk
– Topped with MadeGood Soft Baked Mini Apple Cinnamon Cookies (to taste)

Vegan yogurt is one of my favorite desserts, and so I was tempted to try and mix it with one of Evive’s smoothie flavors, the Asana. And since the result was so delicious, I told myself I couldn’t just keep it for myself and had to share it!

 

Yummy vegan yogurt parfait & acai berry recipe
Approx. 2 servings


Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place the vegan yogurt at the bottom of a glass
  2. Let the smoothie wheels defrost at room temperature in a bowl for 20 minutes
  3. Crush and mix the cubes with the help of a fork in a bowl
  4. Add the pureed Asana smoothie into the glass
  5. Garnish with your favorite homemade granola. Here’s our pick!! Enjoy!

We’ve been really lucky this year with the awesome summer weather! A hot, sunny, gorgeous summer in the city calls for one thing in particular – ice cream!! Ice cream is an essential staple for summertime, and although most of our summer vacays are coming to an end, doesn’t mean we can’t make a delicious ice cream float recipe!

As you know, we launched a new Evive Smoothie flavour – the Saphir! Its gorgeous blue hues and refreshing, naturally sweet taste are super popular among our 30,000+ clients. We adore our clients, so to further celebrate them and the Saphir smoothie, we created a Saphir Ice Cream Float video on our Evive YouTube channel! Go ahead and check it out here before you make the recipe below.

Evive Smoothie Saphir Ice Cream Float Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Saphir Evive Smoothie wheel
  • 2 frozen bananas, in pieces
  • A sparkling beverage: kombucha, sparkling coconut water, flavoured sparkling water or sparkling juice (ex: San Pellegrino)

Saphir Ice Cream Float

Steps:

1) Place bananas and pound cubes in the container of a high-speed blender or food processor. Wait about 5 minutes before mixing to let everything melt slightly, so you will not need to add any liquid at the time of mixing.

2) Mix until you get creamy texture without over mixing (otherwise you will have a thick smoothie and not an ice cream texture). You can mix a little bit at a time and scratch the sides with a spatula.

3) Arrange the balls of “ice cream” in a glass and pour in your sparkling drink.

4) Serve immediately and enjoy!

Lately, you’ve discovered a recipe for muffins with Evive smoothies cubes. It’s apple season, so why not make a delicious cookie recipe with our cubes this time? Fall is the perfect time to share a healthy snack with your family and to warm up your heart after a good apple harvest.

 
Molasses cookies, with apples and smoothie cubes Pure
Recipe for 12-15 cookies

 

eviveINGREDIENTS

Dry ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 whole flour*
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt * Can be replaced by more all-purpose flour
 
Moist mix
  • One  Pure Evive smoothie wheel
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil / canola
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of apples in small cubes

 

 

STEPS 

  1. Unmould 8 PURE smoothie cubes and let it melt in a bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F. Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  4. In a second bowl, whisk together the sugar, the oil, the molasses, the vanilla extract and the thawed Pure cubes. Add the apples to the mixture.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon.
  6. Using an ice cream scoop, take balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them approximately 5 cm apart.
  7. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, depending on the intensity of your oven.
  8. Transfer the cookies to a rack to cool down, then store them in an airtight container.ENJOY!

 

 

It’s ready! You can enjoy and even start over the recipe with different flavours of Evive smoothies cubes. **A little advice, to keep the cookies, put them in an airtight container.
