Without further ado, let’s jump into these mouth-watering recipes🤤:

Tom Thai Raw Buddha Bowl:

– 3 Tom Thai cubes 
– ½ of the Evive pre-cooked cauliflower rice bag
– 1/3 cup purple cabbage, shredded 
– 1/3 cup carrots, diced or sticks
– 1/3 cup cucumbers, diced
– Garnishes: parsley and lime

Steps

1. Warm the Tom Thai cubes in a pot over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.

2. In a bowl, add the pre-cooked cauliflower side.

3. Arrange the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and top with parsley, lime and any other preferred garnishes.

Tom Thai Roasted Buddha Bowl:

– 3 Tom Thai Cubes

– 1/3 cup roasted chickpeas 
– 1/3 cup roasted sweet potatoes, diced
– 1/3 cup roasted zucchini, diced 
– 1/3 cup roasted red bell pepper, sliced
– 2 tbsp. olive oil 
– Pinch of sea salt 
– Pinch of black pepper
– Garnishes: parsley

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat the chickpeas, sweet potatoes, zucchini and peppers in oil, salt and pepper. Roast for approximately 30 minutes, or until browning/crisping. 

2. Warm the Tom Thai cubes in a pot over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. 

3. In a bowl, add the cauliflower rice.

4. Arrange the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and top with parsley and any other preferred garnishes.
