What is Valentine’s Day without indulging in the ultimate treat – chocolate!💝 This year, we wanted to showcase this delicious dessert with yummy recipes and healthy chocolate smoothies. Our Azteque & Cashew Mocha flavours contain 3 portions of fruits and vegetables, delicious superfoods, and plant-based protein.🌱 It’s no wonder our Cashew Mocha is our 2nd best-selling smoothie!
This chocolate mocha smoothie bowl was so easy and fun to make – and I’m SO happy our friends over at Mid-Day Squares could collaborate with us. If you haven’t tried Mid-Day Squares yet, you really should! They’re truly delicious and make for a great healthy snack whenever you get a chocolate craving.🍫
Ingredients:
1 Evive Cashew Mocha Smoothie wheel ½ cup of unsweetened oat milk 1 scoop of vegan coconut milk yogurt 1 square of a Mid-Day Squares bar cut into little chunks (any flavour works but I made mine with Almond Crunch!) A handful of blueberries (or your favourite fruit toppings) |

Steps:
- Run the Cashew Mocha wheel under warm water to slightly defrost
- Pop the 8 smoothie cubes in a blender and add the oat milk
- Blend until you get a thick and creamy texture and pour into your favourite bowl
- Gently add the Mid-Day Squares chunks
- Add a scoop of the coconut yogurt
- Decorate with blueberries
- Enjoy and savour every bite!
